2001年,我省共有国有企业下岗职工74.3万人,其中再就业服务中心内有下岗职工60万人,未进中心的下岗职工有14.3万人。经过各地劳动保障部门的努力,到2001年末,中心内有37.7%的下岗职工通过再就业等渠道出了中心,全省国有企业实有下岗职工人数51.6万人。下岗职工呈现出分布相对集中,再就业和并轨工作难度大的特点。
In 2001, there were totally 743,000 laid-off workers in state-owned enterprises in our province, including 600,000 laid-off workers in re-employed service centers and 143,000 laid-off workers who did not go to the center. Through the efforts of labor and social security departments throughout the country, by the end of 2001, 37.7% of laid-off workers in the center came out of the center through re-employment and other channels. The number of laid-off workers in state-owned enterprises in the province was 516,000. Laid-off workers showed a relatively concentrated distribution, re-employment and merger of the difficult job characteristics.
