本文将从整体上市是抑制关联方交易还是规避法规、是国有股减持途径还是反其道而行、会给中小股东带来福音还是进一步损害了其利益以及一改“圈钱”目的还是本性未改等四个角度对整体上市模式提出置疑,从而提出本文结论:整体上市不宜全面实行,企业只有切实提高经营管理水平,全面增强企业经济实力才是企业发展根本之道。
