以“灵武长枣”为试材,采用完全随机区组设计,设置增氧浓度(5±0.5)(TR1)、(7±0.5)(TR2)、(9±0.5)(TR3)、(3±0.5)(CK)mg·L~(-1)4个处理,分析了不同增氧灌溉处理对“灵武长枣”生长与果实品质的影响,以确定适宜的增氧浓度。结果表明:(7±0.5)mg·L~(-1)(TR2)处理下,枣吊长增长量较大、叶绿素含量较高。(9±0.5)mg·L~(-1)(TR3)处理下,对枣吊增粗作用效果最显著。(5±0.5)(TR1)、(7±0.5)(TR2)mg·L~(-1)处理对提高单果质量、维生素C、可溶性总糖等指标方面作用显著;综上所述,增氧浓度为(7±0.5)mg·L~(-1)的处理能促进“灵武长枣”生长,提高果实品质,可在生产中推广使用。
A total of 5 ± 0.5 (TR1), (7 ± 0.5) (TR2), (9 ± 0.5) (TR3) , And (3 ± 0.5) (CK) mg · L ~ (-1) treatments on the growth and fruit quality of “Lingwuzaojiao” under different aeration treatments to determine the suitable aeration concentration. The results showed that under the conditions of (7 ± 0.5) mg · L -1 (TR2), the growth of Zizyphus Jujuba increased significantly and the content of chlorophyll was higher. Under the treatment of (9 ± 0.5) mg · L -1 (TR3), the effect of thickening of Zizyphus jujuba cv. (5 ± 0.5) (TR1), (7 ± 0.5) (TR2) mg · L ~ (-1) could significantly improve the quality of single fruit, vitamin C and total soluble sugar. In summary, The treatment with concentration of (7 ± 0.5) mg · L -1 could promote the growth of “Lingwu longzao” and improve the quality of fruit, which could be promoted in production.
