冰期输水安全问题是目前北方缺水地区引水,调水一个值得研究的重要问题。1981年冬季引黄济津过程中,南运河沧州地段发生了较为严重的流冰、壅冰现象,严重地影响了輸水安全。为了摸清该地区的冰情规律,确保今后冰期输水的安全,我们观测并调查了这次冰情发生、发展的过程,并结合1953年~1974年南运河捷地站有关冰情、水温、气温等观测资料
