报告 Tolosa-Hunt 综合征8例,其中一例脑血管造影呈典型的颈内动脉虹吸部狭窄。讨论了本征的诊断标准和鉴别诊断。另报告误诊为本征2例。指出对反复发作、激素疗效不佳的病人,须重复脑血管造影。时痛性眼肌麻痹病人应警惕筛窦肿瘤的可能。
Tolosa-Hunt syndrome was reported in 8 cases. One case of cerebral angiography showed a typical stenosis of the internal carotid siphon. The intrinsic diagnostic criteria and differential diagnosis were discussed. Another report misdiagnosed as two cases. It is pointed out that cerebral angiography should be repeated for patients who have recurrent attacks and poor hormone therapy. Patients with painful ophthalmoplegia should be alert to possible ethmoid sinus tumors.
