目的:本实验观察外周血小板膜上GPⅡb、GPⅢa在各种肾小球疾病中不同肾功能状态及透析与否中的变化,探讨 GPⅡ b、GPⅢa在肾小球疾病中的作用。方法:测定 48例血小板膜上 GP Ⅲ b、GPⅢa、P- 140分子量及血浆 vWF变化。 A组:18例肾功能正常组;B组:10例肾衰竭非透析组;C组:20例肾衰竭透析组;另设 D组:20例无肾脏疾病正常对照。结果:外周血小板膜上GP Ⅱb、GPⅢa、P-140在A组明显升高,B、C组明显下降,vWF在A、B、C组均明显增加。结论:GP Ⅱb、GPⅢa与肾小球疾病中凝血功能紊乱有关,可能与血小板在肾脏的致病作用相关。
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of peripheral blood platelet membrane GPⅡb and GPⅢa in different glomerular diseases with different renal function and dialysis or not, and to explore the role of GPⅡb and GPⅢa in glomerular diseases. Methods: The changes of GP Ⅲ b, GP Ⅲ a, P-140 molecular weight and plasma vWF in 48 cases of platelet membrane were measured. Group A: 18 cases of normal renal function group; Group B: 10 cases of renal failure without dialysis group; Group C: 20 cases of renal failure dialysis group; another group D: 20 cases of normal control without kidney disease. Results: GP Ⅱ b, GP Ⅲ a and P-140 in peripheral platelet membrane were significantly increased in group A, while in group B and C, vWF was significantly increased in groups A, B and C. Conclusion: GP Ⅱ b and GP Ⅲ a are related to coagulation disorders in glomerular diseases, which may be related to the pathogenesis of platelets in the kidney.
