摩托车平叉轴管与侧管之间的连接主要为CO2焊接成形,但由于其焊缝密集且需对称同时焊接,焊缝之间相互影响,导致成形质量与结构尺寸难于保证。本文采用SYSWELD焊接专用有限元软件对其焊接过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:基于SYSWELD建立的有限元数值分析模型与实际焊接过程基本相符,短直焊缝与圆弧焊缝之间的残余应力相互影响,且较为复杂,但整体上呈现出M形。
Motorcycle fork shaft tube and the connection between the side tube is mainly CO2 welding forming, but because of its dense weld and the need to symmetry at the same time welding, weld influence between each other, resulting in the forming quality and structure size is difficult to guarantee. In this paper, finite element software SYSWELD welding its numerical simulation of the welding process. The results show that the finite element analysis model based on SYSWELD is basically consistent with the actual welding process. The residual stresses between the short straight weld and the circular arc weld affect each other and are complex, but they are M-shaped as a whole.
