测定急性期脑出血患者21例、脑梗塞患者52例的红细胞C_3b受体花环率(RBC.C_3bR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC.ICR)及红细胞免疫粘附促进因子(RFER)、红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子(RFIR)。结果:急性脑血管病RBC.C_3bR及RFER明显降低,而RBC.ICR及RFIR明显增高(P<0.001)。急性期脑出血与脑梗塞之间红细胞免疫粘附功能各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。
To determine the RBC.C_3bR and RBC.ICR of 21 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage and 52 patients with cerebral infarction, and erythrocyte immune adherence promoting factor (RFER), erythrocyte Immune adhesion inhibitor (RFIR). Results: RBC.C_3bR and RFER were significantly decreased in acute cerebrovascular disease, while RBC.ICR and RFIR were significantly increased (P <0.001). There was no significant difference of erythrocyte immune adhesion between acute cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction (P> 0.05).
