针对实际生产中转炉移动烟罩膜式水冷壁失效的问题,基于FLUENT软件对移动烟罩冷却水的流场分布进行数值模拟计算,得出流场分布不均衡是移动烟罩失效的主要原因,并提出针对性的改造方案。生产实践表明:改造后的移动烟罩达到并超过了设计使用寿命。
In order to solve the problem of membrane wall waterwall failure in actual production of converter smoke hood, the numerical simulation of flow field distribution of the cooling water in the movable hood was done based on FLUENT software. It is concluded that the unbalanced distribution of flow field is the main reason for the failure of movable hood. And propose a targeted transformation program. Production practice shows that: the modified mobile hood to meet and exceed the design life.
