当前,批发企业确实存在不少困难。湖北省对国营工业品批发企业的现状,进行了全面调查,指出省内国营商业工业品批发企业经营是越来越少,占市场比重越来越小,面临困难越来越大,亏损企业越来越多,效益越来越差。本刊评论员为此撰文指出:批发企业仍然是发展商品生产流通的主要力量,其产生和发展的必然性及不可替代的积极作用仍然是无可置疑的。关键是通过改革,增强活力,走出困境,重振雄风。文章还提出了走出困境的措施:彻底转变思想观念,加快批发企业组织结构的调整,完善批发企业内部经营机制,建立新的经营发展战略。
