“设备事故”作为设备运行中经常出现的一种现象,已成为设备管理中的一项重要内容。对设备事故的定义、分类、分级在有关《条例》中都有非常明确的阐述和规定,界限分明。企业处理设备事故也一贯遵循“三不放过”原则,并没有产生不良后果。现读了李东陆先生的《初论设备事故》一文(载《设备管理与维修》1994年第5～6期),反倒糊涂起来了,下面提出一些看法与作者商榷。
As a common phenomenon in equipment operation, “equipment accident” has become an important part of equipment management. The definitions, classification and grading of equipment accidents are clearly defined and stipulated in the relevant “Regulations”, and the boundaries are clear. Enterprises handling equipment accidents have consistently followed the principle of “three left off” without any adverse consequences. Now read Mr. Li Donglu’s “first on the equipment accident,” a text (set << equipment management and maintenance >> 1994 fifth ~ 6), but rather confused up, here are some views and the author to discuss.
