采用Tai模型分析了毛白33号等9个泡桐无性系苗期的遗传稳定性,用方差分析法对泡桐无性系苗高和地径生长,无性系效应、环境效应、G×E互作效应进行了分析。估测了各无性系的表型稳定性、遗传稳定性和生态适应性,并对各无性系苗期适生区进行了预测。
Tai model was used to analyze the genetic stability of 9 paulownia clones at the seedling stage. The variance analysis was used to analyze the effects of paulownia plantation height, diameter growth, clonal effect, environmental effect and G × E interaction Analyzed. The phenotypic stability, genetic stability and ecological adaptability of each clones were estimated. The suitable regions of clones at seedling stage were predicted.
