浙江名茶“天目青顶”,亦称“天目云雾”。主产于浙西天目山的太子庙、龙须庵、杨岭、小玲坑一带。此地山高林密,终年云雾笼罩。茶树多分布在海拔1250米以下。800米以上的向阳遮风、土层深厚、气候条件良好的山凹或山坞中,是我国古老的名茶产区。唐代陆羽在《茶经》中就介绍过这一地区的茶叶。唐朝诗僧释皎然还对天目山茶的采摘、焙制、烹煮、品茗作过描述。可见“天目青顶”在1200
