京张联系密切,合作由来已久。为了落实2004年1月胡锦涛总书记在张家口考察期间的指示精神,推动张家口与北京市区域协调发展,中共张家口市委、市政府决定与北京方面联合举办一次高层次的大型论坛活动,并委托经济论坛杂志社进行活动筹划和撰写《京张合作与发展研究报告》,供与会的领导和专家参考。此次论坛活动已于2004年8月在北京钓鱼台国宾馆圆满举行,受到社会各界的高度重视,对于推动京张区域合作与发展产生了积极而深远的影响。从本期开始,我刊将《京张合作与发展研究报告》分三部分摘要连载,以飨读者。
Beijing Zhang is closely linked, cooperation has a long history. In order to implement the directives of General Secretary Hu Jintao during his visit to Zhangjiakou in January 2004 and promote the coordinated development of Zhangjiakou and Beijing, the CPC Zhangjiakou municipal government decided to jointly organize a high-level large-scale forum with Beijing and commissioned the Economic Forum Magazine activities planning and writing “Beijing Zhang cooperation and development research report” for the leaders and experts participating reference. The forum was successfully held in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing in August 2004 and was highly valued by all sectors of society. It has had a positive and far-reaching impact on promoting the cooperation and development in the Beijing-Zhang region. Starting from this issue, I will serialize the “Jing Zhang Cooperation and Development Study” into three parts and summarize them in order to readers.
