目的探讨化瘀消疒徵软胶囊对子宫肌瘤模型大鼠血瘀证的影响。方法雌性大鼠雌、孕激素负荷复制子宫肌瘤动物模型,采用比浊法测定血小板聚集率,血流变仪检测血液流变学指标。结果化瘀消疒徵软胶囊能明显抑制肌瘤大鼠的血小板聚集;改善血液流变学各项指标。结论化瘀消疒徵软胶囊能改善子宫肌瘤大鼠的血瘀病理变化,有明显的活血化瘀功效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huayu Xiaoyuzheng soft capsule on the blood stasis syndrome in uterine fibroids model rats. Methods Animal models of uterine fibroids were duplicated by female and progesterone load in female rats. The platelet aggregation rate was measured by turbidimetry, and the hemorheological indexes were measured by hemorrheometry. Results Huayu Xiaoyuzheng soft capsule can obviously inhibit platelet aggregation in fibroid rats and improve various indexes of hemorheology. Conclusion Huayu Xiaoyuzheng soft capsule can improve the pathological changes of blood stasis in uterine fibroids rats, and has obvious effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
