4月29日下午,陕西省预算与会计研究会四届三次理事会在西安举行。来自省级有关部门、部分大中专院校、各市区财政局的理事共计60余人参加了会议。会议由邓明辉副会长主持,张福祥会长做了工作报告,省财政厅国库处董延安副处长,省财政厅党组成员、资金局长兼预算处长常艳玲同志到会并讲话。本次会议的主要议题是总结陕西省预算与会计研究会2013年工
On the afternoon of April 29, the third session of the fourth council of Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Budget and Accounting Research was held in Xi’an. More than 60 directors from provincial departments, some colleges and universities and urban finance bureau attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Deng Minghui and Chairman Zhang Fuxiang made a work report. Comrade Dong Yanan, deputy director of the Treasury Department of the Provincial Department of Finance, Comrade Chang Yanling, member of the finance department and member of the Finance Bureau, attended the meeting and made a speech.
