防守是我国篮球运动发展中普遍存在而且长期没能得到很好解决的问题.如果在这个问题上有所提高和改进,将促进我国篮球运动的发展和提高是有重要意义的。本文通过对北京国际篮球邀请赛的观察和统计,在分析研究上述客观材料的基础上.提出了我国男篮在防守持球队员投兰时的封盖意识.防守持球突破时补防、协防能力及防守的攻击力等问题,提出了我国男篮与外国队在上述方面的差距及其原因.以及解决问题办法和建议.试图达到对我国篮球运动中防守技术的提高有一定的促进作用.
Defense is a common problem in the development of basketball in our country and it has not been solved well for a long time.If improving and improving on this issue, it will be of great significance to promote the development and improvement of basketball in our country. Based on the analysis and study of the objective materials mentioned above, this paper presents the cap consciousness of our men’s basketball team when defending the ball players to defend the ball. Defense ability and attacking power and so on, and puts forward the gap between our country’s men’s basketball team and the foreign team in the above-mentioned aspects and the reason as well as the methods and suggestions to solve the problem. Attempting to reach the goal of improving the defense technique in basketball in our country has a certain promotion effect .
