至2012年3月8日凌晨,我国川气东送工程管道已累计输送天然气107.6×108m3,作为我国目前最大的整装海相气田,普光气田年生产天然气能力达到105×108m3/a,2012年的生产目标是100×108m3/a。目前,普光气田已累计生产混合天然气150.24×108m3。川气东送工程是我国继西气东输工程后又一条横贯东西的能源大动脉,于2010年8月31日正式投入运行。川气东送工程管道西起四川普光气田,途经四川、重庆、湖北、江西、安徽、江苏、浙江、上海8个省市,管道总长2170km,设计年输天然气120×108m3/a。

Sichuan-East Gas Transmission Project is another energy artery running through East-West Project after the project of West-East Gas Transmission Project. It was put into operation on August 31, 2010.
