对几种不同滤料的过滤性能进行了对比试验和筛选。以微孔陶瓷为滤料进行了单管和三管过滤试验,研究了脉冲喷吹清灰系统的结构及主要参数对清灰能力的影响。试验研究表明,合理选择运转参数可以实现长期稳定的过滤;按管排顺序喷吹清灰有利于保持过滤的平稳操作。当某排滤管用脉冲喷吹清灰时,非喷吹管排的滤管受其影响同样有较强的清灰能力。这些结果对合理设计高温陶瓷过滤器及深入研究多层多排陶瓷滤管的过滤性能有重要价值。
The filtration performance of several different filter materials were compared and tested. Microporous ceramics were used as filter media to conduct single-tube and three-tube filtration tests. The effects of pulse jet cleaning system structure and main parameters on cleaning ability were studied. Experimental studies have shown that long-term and stable filtration can be achieved by reasonably selecting the operating parameters and the smooth operation of maintaining the filtration can be achieved by blowing the cleaning sludge in sequence. When a row of filter tubes with pulsed blow cleaning, the non-blow tube row filter tube affected by the same strong cleaning capacity. These results are of great value to the reasonable design of high temperature ceramic filters and further research on the filtration performance of multi-layer multi-row ceramic filters.
