取牧草、饲料样品(剌叶柄棘豆、玉米籽、优若藜、低毒山黧豆、赖草、红豆草种子、碗豆耔和混合牧草),加入浓硫酸和混合催化剂(CuSO_(4·5)H_2O:K_2O_4=1:10)消化后、冷却定容.将消化液用气敏氨电极测氨氮,同时用 Kjeldahl 法测定氨氮,换算成粗蛋白质的含量.用 t 检验法进行统计分析,表明两种方法测得的平均值之间无显著差异。并且用电极方法作了回收率试验,回收率在93.2—103.2%之间,平均值为98,93%。说明电极法测定牧草、饲料粗蛋白质含量的方法是可靠的,且简单、快速。
Forage grass, feed samples (Oxytropis coeruleus, corn seeds, Eucommia ulmoides, low poisonous mountain beans, larch grass, sainfoin seeds, peasants and mixed forages) were added with concentrated sulfuric acid and a mixed catalyst (CuSO 4 5) H 2 O: K 2 O 4 = 1: 10) After digestion, the solution was cooled and the digestion solution was tested for ammonia nitrogen using a gas sensing ammonia electrode, and ammonia nitrogen was measured by Kjeldahl method and converted into crude protein content. There was no significant difference between the means measured by the two methods. And the electrode method was used for the recovery test, the recovery rate was between 93.2-103.2% with an average of 98,93%. The method of measuring the crude protein content of forage and feed by electrode method is reliable, simple and fast.
