数控线切割机在模具生产中的应用,往往出现断丝现象。如何迅速查明断丝原因,以便及时采取措施,加以克服,仍是我们急需解决的一个重要问题。 毛主席说:“实践出真知”。毛主席还教导我们要找出事物的主要矛盾,“捉住了这个主要矛盾,一切问题就迎刃而解了。”我们认为电火花加工要抓住“火花放电”这个主要矛盾,我们根据近五年的线切割机操作实践,从有无火花,火花正常与否总结了几条寻找断丝原因的途径。有些地方可能总结得不全面甚至有错误,请同志们批评指正。
