葡萄球菌肠毒素(SE)是一种外源性超抗原,能够高效地刺激T细胞增殖并且促使其释放多种大量的细胞因子。体外细胞水平和动物体内水平的研究结果表明,SE能够产生强大的杀伤肿瘤细胞效应,它是一种很有潜能的新型肿瘤免疫治疗剂,展示了良好的应用前景。SE抗肿瘤是目前肿瘤治疗基础研究的一个热点,但是尚未见临床应用SE治疗人体肿瘤的报道。本文综述了SE抗肿瘤作用的实验研究进展,探讨了其抗肿瘤作用的机制,分析了存在的问题和对策。
Staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) is an exogenous superantigen capable of efficiently stimulating T cell proliferation and inducing it to release a wide variety of cytokines. The results of in vitro cell level and animal in vivo showed that SE can produce strong cytotoxic effect on tumor cells. It is a promising new tumor immunotherapeutic agent and has shown a good application prospect. SE anti-tumor is a hot spot in the basic research of cancer treatment, but there is no clinical application of SE in the treatment of human tumor. This review summarizes the experimental research on antitumor effects of SE, discusses the mechanism of its anti-tumor effects, and analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures.
