目的:探讨产科健康教育模式改进的临床应用效果,进一步提升住院产妇的满意度。方法:选取医院产科600例孕产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各300例,其中对照组孕产妇采用传统的健康教育途径,观察组孕产妇采用改进后的健康教育模式,观察两组孕产妇的健康教育效果及两组孕产妇的满意度。结果:观察组孕产妇对健康教育知识的掌握程度、住院期间紧张焦虑的情绪、住院期间对医护人员的信任度及对健康教育的满意度,明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改进后的健康教育模式,有效缓解了孕产妇住院期间紧张焦虑的情绪,改善了医患关系,提高了孕产妇对医护人员工作的信任,提升了住院产妇的满意度。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of improved obstetric health education model to further enhance the satisfaction of hospitalized women. Methods: A total of 600 pregnant women were selected as obstetrics and gynecology subjects in our hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 300 cases in each group. The pregnant women in the control group were treated by traditional health education. The pregnant women in observation group were treated with improved health education Mode to observe the effect of health education on maternal and maternal satisfaction in the two groups. Results: The degree of mastery of maternal health education knowledge, anxiety and anxiety during hospitalization, trust in health care workers during hospitalization and satisfaction with health education were significantly better in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The improved mode of health education effectively alleviates the anxiety and anxiety among pregnant women during hospitalization, improves the doctor-patient relationship, improves the trust of pregnant women in the work of medical staff and improves the satisfaction of hospitalized pregnant women.
