随着科学技术的发展,对于材料的纯度和性能共有下列四种概念:1)许多通常熟知的材料,在达到极其纯的程度时,其性能改变很大;2)除材料的化学纯度以外,物理纯度很重要。所谓物理纯度即指材料结晶组织缺陷少而言;3)在最纯材料中有意识地加入其它物质或制造结晶组织缺陷,可获得完全不同的特殊性能;4)利用穿透物质的电离辐射作用改变材料的原有组织结构可改善材料的性能。纯度的概念及定义
