以“人勤、酒美、路畅、水灵”闻名于世的绵竹县孝德镇,座落在川西平原西北角,是一个仅有二万多人的小镇。在改革开放大潮的冲击下,孝德这个小镇与神州大地许多乡镇一样,农村经济飞速发展,人民生活日新月异。该镇工农业总产值连续四年翻番,1993年,全镇实现工农业总产值2.05亿元,人均纯收入1100元,预计今年还会有较大幅度的增长。
The town of Xiaode, known as “Renqin, Liumei, Lu Chang and Shui Ling”, is located in the northwest corner of the western Sichuan Plain. It is a small town with a population of more than 20,000. Under the impact of the tide of reform and opening up, Xiaode, a small town like many other towns in the vast land of China, has seen rapid economic development in the rural areas and ever-changing people’s lives. The town’s total industrial and agricultural output doubled for four consecutive years. In 1993, the town achieved a total industrial output value of 205 million yuan and a per capita net income of 1,100 yuan. It is estimated that there will be more substantial growth this year.
