陶瓷过滤器的高温运行试验结果和脉冲反吹机理过程中流体流动规律的分析比较 ,表明粉尘层形成不均匀及清灰过程中的逆向气流分布不均匀是产生部分清灰现象的根本原因。改进过滤器内的滤管布置方式和优化脉冲反吹系统是今后发展的方向。脉冲反吹与正常过滤之间的过渡过程对陶瓷过滤器的长周期稳定运行具有重要影响。图 5参 9。
The results of high temperature operation of ceramic filter and the comparison of the fluid flow law during the pulse counter-blowing mechanism show that the formation of dust layer is uneven and the uneven distribution of the reverse air flow in the cleaning process is the root cause of partial cleaning. Improve the filter within the filter tube layout and optimize the pulse backflushing system is the direction of future development. The transition between pulsed blowback and normal filtration has a significant effect on the long-period stability of ceramic filters. Figure 5 参 参.
