金属矿山普遍存在矿车结底问题,现大多利用机械振动原理来清理矿车。它具有振动噪音大、矿车损坏多、清车效果差的缺点,尤其是粘结牢固的矿物效果更差。最近我们受到《电渗析技术》和煤炭部门应用电渗技术的启发,设计试验了电渗技术清理矿车结底。于1978年4月底初步试验成功,后转入井下使用,效果很好。根据电渗原理,一切被液体润湿的固体表面总要吸附一层带正电荷的离子团粒,在外电场力作用下,吸附不牢固的离子挟带水分子一道向负极移
Metal mine is generally the end of the car junction problem, are mostly using mechanical vibration principle to clean up the car. It has the vibration and noise, car damage and more, the shortcomings of poor cleaning effect, especially the bonding of solid minerals worse. Recently, we were inspired by the “Electrodialysis Technology” and the application of electro-osmosis technology in the coal sector. We designed and tested electro-osmosis technology to clean the tub bottom. At the end of April 1978, the preliminary test was successful, and then transferred to the underground for good effect. According to the principle of electroosmosis, all solid surfaces wetted with liquid always adsorb a layer of positively charged ionic aggregates. Under the action of external electric field, ions that are weakly adsorbed carry water molecules to the negative electrode
