改革开放以来,我国中小企业得到了迅猛的发展,中小企业在促进就业增长、科技进步、转移农村富余劳动力、增加出口和增长经济中发挥着至关重要作用,对促进我国进一步优化产业结构也将发挥更大的作用。但是,最近几年,我国中小企业的发展面临着很大的困难。融资问题已成为困扰中小企业发展的突出问题,其原因是多方面的。本文阐述了中小企业发展过程中融资的特点,提出存在的问题,并针对中小企业融资存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。
