飞行人员违犯规定私自服药时有发生,但确因私自服药造成飞行事故的报道少见。笔者遇到一例私自服药造成飞行事故征候者,报道如下,引以为戒。 1 事件经过 事故征候责任者为某部轰炸机领航员,1983年航校毕业,飞行时间1 700 h,历次体检均为甲类身体,既往无黑视、晕厥病史,平衡机能稳定,飞行耐力强。 2001年4月20日机组从某机场起飞,转场至我场待命
