植物自身产生的次生代谢产物可以有效地抵制生物与非生物逆境胁迫,这类物质主要有植保素、木质素、胼胝质等.其中,植保素具有侵染可诱导性和体外抗菌活性.研究植保素的抗病机制对于提高作物的抗病性及开发环保型生物源农药有重要的作用,本综述将主要介绍植保素的种类、应用、合成及其增强作物抗病性机理.“,”In recent years,people pay more attention to the use of a variety of secondary metabolites which are produced by the plant.They can resist the stress and can effectively control the pest and disease damage.Such as lignin,callose,phytoalexin,among them,phytoalexin has infection induced activity and antibacterial activity in vitro.Studying resistance mechanism ofphytoalexin plays an important role in improving disease resistance and the development of environmentally friendly biological crop pesticide.This review primarily focus on the types of phytoalexin,the synthesis of phytoalexin and the mechanism of enhancing the crop's resistance,and the challenges during its research and the application ofphytoalexin.
