我国先后制定了有关土地管理的若干法律法规,对我国的持续稳定发展起到了重要作用。随着经济和城镇化进程的不断发展,出现了一些和土地使用权有关的新问题,结合现在大量出现的关于宅基地使用权行使的规制问题,为使宅基地使用权行使得以规范和控制,给出一些有关农村土地确权登记的对策建议,使农村宅基地得到更好的管理。
