随着我国教育体制改革不断发展完善,近年来越来越多的职业学校加入到教育教学领域。由于职业学校具有特殊性,即以学生就业为学校的办学宗旨,因此在一定程度上忽视了对学生思想政治方面的教育和培养。在新时期,为了使职业学校快速融入我国的教育体制中,学校的思想政治教育工作者要坚持以人为本的教育理念,将受教育群体——学生的主体性充分体现出来,进而不断提高学生的思想道德素质。笔者结合自己多年的思想政治教育工作经验,对职业学校学生思想政治教育主体性原则进行了分析和探讨。
With the constant development and improvement of China’s education system reform, more and more vocational schools have joined the field of education and teaching in recent years. Because of the special nature of vocational schools, that is, the employment of students as the school’s mission, so to some extent neglected the ideological and political education and training of students. In the new era, in order to integrate vocational schools into our country’s education system rapidly, the ideological and political education workers in schools should adhere to the people-oriented educational concept and fully embody the subjectivity of the educated group-students, so as to further improve their thinking Moral Quality. Based on my years of experience in ideological and political education, the author analyzes and discusses the subjective principles of ideological and political education in vocational schools.
