我们从1985～1988年共诊治小儿敌鼠钠盐中毒45例,因抢救及时,无一例死亡,现介绍如下。一、一般资料1.性别及年龄:男24例,女21例。年龄最小1岁,最大14岁。～3岁24例,～6岁18例,>6岁3例。2.毒物入侵方式:均为口服(误食含敌鼠钠盐的食饵)。3.服毒至就诊时间:最短1小时,最长7天。～1天28例,～2天5例,～3天4例,>3天8例。4.临床表现:37例无明显症状,仅8例有出血
