[目的]探寻处级干部亚健康状况,与之有关的因素。[方法]采用生活满意度指数A量表、简易应对方式问卷、及亚健康自评量表-30,通过分层抽样方法,对128名新疆县处级干部进行调查。[结果]处级干部生活满意度水平低于常模(P﹤0.01)。健康组生活满意度水平高于亚健康组,亚健康组又高于疾病组(P﹤0.01)。女性生活满意度水平高于男性(P﹤0.05);事业单位生活满意度水平高于机关、企业单位(P﹤0.05)。男性、女性亚健康与生活满意度呈负相关(P﹤0.01),与消极应对呈正相关(P﹤0.05),女性亚健康还与积极应对呈负相关(P﹤0.01)。[结论提高生活满意度及采取有效的应对方式,有利于改善亚健康状况。
[Objective] To explore sub-health status of cadres at the department level and its related factors. [Methods] Using the questionnaire of life satisfaction index A, simple coping style questionnaire and sub-health self-rating scale -30, 128 cadres at county level were investigated by stratified sampling method. [Results] The level of satisfaction of departmental cadres was lower than that of norm (P <0.01). The level of life satisfaction in the healthy group was higher than that in the sub-healthy group, and it was higher in the sub-healthy group than in the disease group (P <0.01). The level of women’s life satisfaction was higher than that of men (P <0.05). The level of life satisfaction of institutions was higher than that of institutions and enterprises (P <0.05). Sub-health of males and females was negatively correlated with life satisfaction (P <0.01), but negatively correlated with negative coping (P <0.05). Female sub-health was negatively correlated with coping (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Improving life satisfaction and adopting effective coping strategies are beneficial to improving sub-health status.
