随着新课标的实施,在数学教学过程中,教师只有不断重视以及加强课堂教学学习和研究才可以促使数学新课程改革有效实施。每时每刻关心注重学生学习思维的形成以及发展过程,培养出具备创新能力的学生。在有效教学为主的理念中,担当组织者、领导者以及合作伙伴的教师,只有不断进行学习和探究思考出有效的教学策略和教学方法,才能在初中数学教学过程中有所突破。
With the implementation of the new curriculum standard, in the process of mathematics teaching, teachers can promote the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform of mathematics only by constantly emphasizing and strengthening classroom teaching and research. At every moment, we pay attention to the formation and development process of students’ learning thinking and cultivate students with innovative abilities. In the philosophy of effective teaching, teachers who act as organizers, leaders and partners can make breakthroughs in math teaching in junior high school only when they constantly study and explore effective teaching strategies and teaching methods.
