In our country’s energy consumption in Shichuan energy accounts for about 25%. The utilization of this part of the energy is about 6 ~ 12%. In order to improve the utilization ratio of civil energy, Hunan Metallurgical Design Institute cooperated with Zhuzhou Boiler Works to jointly develop a LRGD-type energy-saving multi-purpose boiled water boiler which can be used by units of 300 to 500 persons. It has to boil water, hot water, cooking, steaming rice variety of functions. Since the efficiency of the boiler is higher than that of the coal stove, the utilization of energy is greatly increased. Analyzed by the Hunan Provincial Institute of repeated determination, the thermal efficiency of about 63%, more than
