目的:评估201Tl吸收指数是否可以作为恶性胶质母细胞瘤患者预后评估的指标。方法:33例复发的胶质母细胞瘤患者经历了铊201单光子发射计算机断层扫描(201TlSPECT)和核磁共振成像(MRI)检查。肿瘤兴趣区与对侧头皮的比值用于定量肿瘤201Tl的吸收。所有患者被随访至死,比较了201Tl吸收指数与患者生存时间的关系。结果:201Tl吸收指数与患者的生存期呈明显的负相关(r=-0.697,P<0.01)。若以吸收指数3.1作为域值,可将患者分为2个不同的预后组,低吸收组(n=13)平均生存期为9.9个月;高吸收组(n=20)平均生存期仅为5.2个月。结论:201TlSPECT对于恶性胶质瘤患者生存期的预测具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To assess whether the 201Tl absorption index can be used as an indicator of prognosis in patients with glioblastoma. METHODS: Thirteen patients with recurrent glioblastoma underwent thallium 201 single photon emission computed tomography (201TSPECT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations. The tumor area of interest and contralateral scalp ratio used to quantify tumor 201Tl absorption. All patients were followed up to death, compared 201Tl absorption index and patient survival time relationship. Results: There was a significant negative correlation between 201Tl absorption index and patient survival (r = -0.697, P <0.01). Patients were divided into two different prognostic groups using an index of 3.1 for absorption, an average of 9.9 months for the low-absorbance group (n = 13), and an average of 5.2 months. Conclusion: 201TSPECT is of great significance for the prediction of the survival of patients with malignant gliomas.
