目的探讨皮肤鳞癌(SCC)组织中脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)基因的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测FHIT在20例皮肤鳞癌组织及10例正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果SCC组FHIT蛋白阳性表达率45.0%(9/20)显著低于正常皮肤组90.0%(9/10)。高中分化组FHIT蛋白阳性表达率50.0%(6/12)显著高于低分化组37.5%(3/8)(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组FHIT蛋白阳性表达率40.0%(6/15)显著低于无淋巴转移组60.0%(3/5)(P<0.05)。结论FHIT基因在SCC的发生、发展中起重要作用,对其蛋白的检测可作为判定SCC发生及转移能力的一项客观指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of FHIT gene in skin squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of FHIT in 20 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal skin tissue. Results The positive expression rate of FHIT protein in SCC group was 45.0% (9/20), which was significantly lower than that in normal skin group (90.0%, 9/10). The positive expression rate of FHIT protein in high school differentiation group was 50.0% (6/12), which was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated group (37.5%, 3/8) (P <0.05). The positive rate of FHIT protein in lymph node metastasis group was 40.0% (6/15) Lower than 60.0% (3/5) in the group without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion FHIT gene plays an important role in the occurrence and development of SCC. The detection of its protein can be used as an objective indicator to determine the occurrence and metastasis of SCC.
