中组部会同有关部委组织开展的2015年“助力‘一带一路'发展”专家咨询服务活动7月28日在京启动,来自全国的47名各领域高层次创新人才,作为首批专家赴黑龙江开展咨询服务活动。这次专家咨询服务活动旨在发挥高层次专家人才智库作用,帮助“一带一路”沿线省区破解宏观规划、政策制定、重大项目、关键技术等方面的突出问题。活动主要对接黑龙江、福建、广西、甘肃、青海等“一带一路”建设的重要节点省区。参与的专家根据相关省区需求选派,既有卓有建树的老专家,也有扛鼎一线中
