我校原是一所普通的完全中学,1983年高中部改为第一职业高中以来,初中部一直以原校名“十中”保留着。目前是两校共一校舍,由一个班子统一领导。几年来,随着职业教育的发展,学校开设的专业和班级都在增加。在职业教育的任务日益繁重、师资力量倍感不足的情况下,初中部的一些骨干教师相继被抽到职高任教。初中部出现了“十个坛子九个盖”的局面。针对这种情况,学校认真分析了初中教学的规律,并根据各年级的主要特点,比较准确地抓住了几个关键问题,所以教学工作不但没有受到削弱,成效反
