2006年上半年我国生猪生产存栏下降,产量略有增加,生猪养殖积极性降低,生产效益亏损。鲜冷冻猪肉出口、进口均减少;加工猪肉出口、进口均增加;活猪出口减少;猪杂碎出口量、进口量均增加。与上年同期相比,2006年上半年生猪和猪肉价格下跌;产区猪肉价格下降幅度大于销区,猪肉价格下降幅度小于生猪价格下降幅度。国内城镇居民猪肉消费同比增加。
In the first half of 2006, the live pig production in our country declined, the output slightly increased, the enthusiasm of pig breeding decreased and the production efficiency was lost. Frozen pork exports, imports are reduced; processed pork exports, imports are increased; live pigs to reduce exports; pigs offal exports, imports have increased. Compared with the same period of last year, the prices of hogs and pork decreased in the first half of 2006; the pork price in the producing areas decreased more than the sales area, and the decrease of pork price was less than that of hog price. Domestic urban pork consumption increased year on year.
