建设“双师型”教师队伍是一项系统工程,培养过程比较复杂,因时间、专业和教师情况而千差万别,并非一蹴而就。因此,要求高职院校教师既要有较高的理论水平和教学经验,又要有工程师或技师般的实践经验和动手能力,达到“双师”标准。本文就如何加强“双师型”教师队伍建设提出了独特的观点。
The construction of “double-qualified teachers” team is a systematic project, the training process is more complex, because of the time, professional and teacher situations vary widely, not in a single operation. Therefore, it is required that teachers in higher vocational colleges not only have higher theoretical level and teaching experience, but also have practical experience and hands-on ability of engineers or technicians to achieve the standard of “double division”. This article puts forward a unique view on how to strengthen the construction of a contingent of double-qualified teachers.
