大凡人类从事的一切活动都离不开从事者个体心理因素的影响,编辑活动也是如此。编辑的心理因素各不相同,所表现出来的观点、认识、学术眼界、价值取向也就不同。也就是说,编辑的心理因素影响着编辑的工作。 所谓心理因素,一般是指包括认知结构、情感、意志在内的诸多方面,比如兴趣、学识、性格、气质、信念、动机等,它们从不同侧面、不同角度、不同层次影响着编辑的工作。 关于认知结构,一般是指学习者头脑里的知识结构。编辑的知识结构如何,体现在选题、组稿、审稿、改稿直至编发稿件的整个过程中,具有较高认知水平和较强认知能力的编辑,能在众多的稿件中根据自己刊物的个性特色准确地选择、恰当地取舍稿件,保证刊物的质量。反之,在选择稿子时,就具有很大的盲目性,所编刊物自然质量平平。 那么,是什么因素影响着编辑的认知结构呢?从心理学认为,影响人的认知的主要因素有主题的选择性、思维定势、需要动机、思想方法上的错误甚至错觉等等。笔者认为,对于编辑主要起作用的则是兴趣、心理定势、价值
