淫羊藿甙15mg/kg以上剂量连续皮下给药,可提高SRBC免疫小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平,增加脾脏抗体生成细胞数,对抗环磷酰胺抑制抗体生成的作用。
Continuous subcutaneous administration of Epimedium at a dose of 15 mg/kg or more can increase the level of serum hemolysin antibody in mice immunized with SRBC and increase the number of antibody producing cells in the spleen against the effect of cyclophosphamide on inhibiting antibody production.
