酸的干扰是原子吸收光谱分析中不可忽视的一个问题。不同种类的无机酸对各种元素的干扰程度是不相同的。无机酸对钙影响的报导已有不少,其中提到过高氯酸对钙的影响说法不一,有的有增强干扰,有的却无影响,他们一般所用的高氯酸浓度较高。酸的干扰,一般解释为酸的存在引起喷雾效率的改变所致,而低浓度无机酸的干扰机理无明确的说法。本文着重研究了微量(10~(-4)M)高氯酸对不同量钙的干扰现象和规律。并对干扰机理进行了初步探讨。实验证明,微量高氯酸对钙呈显著正干扰,是由ClO_4~-阴离子所致。其主要
Acid interference is a problem that can not be ignored in atomic absorption spectroscopy. Different types of inorganic acids on the various elements of the degree of interference is not the same.
