本文通过调查高校学生党员和入党积极分子现状,发现学生党员和入党积极分子在入党动机、理想信念意识、对党的态度、发挥模范作用、理论素质等方面存在的问题,探索创新理论培训、发挥功能党小组作用、开展社会实践活动、建立“党员银行”等实践活动,不断提高党员质量。
