In the spring of 1953, the Masovian song and dance troupe, acclaimed as Poland’s “Cultural Envoy,” made his first visit to China. Several delegates also boarded the Tiananmen Square watch building in the May Day meeting and met with Chairman Mao. They visited almost half of China and made a splash , A song “Little Cuckoo” followed sung to all urban and rural areas. Afterwards, Polish singers, pianists and orchestras continued to visit many Chinese listeners and enjoyed the delight of Polish music. - That is already a distant thing in the middle of the last century ... The reform and opening up in our country has once again hindered the resumption of cultural exchanges between the two countries. In the early 1980s, the famous pianist Bukovska and piano educator Ai Keer came to China to perform and give lectures in an excellent manner. But limited to both financial resources, exchange of small. From our point of view, only one performance group (the number can not exceed 30) within two years can only be guaranteed. From the actual situation, Poland can not guarantee even such a number. Therefore, the so-called exchange is only to maintain mutual relations nothing more. This is the most embarrassing thing I did during my stay as Counselor for the Culture of Wen Bo. However, with the enhancement of China’s economic strength, we have gradually changed the methods and conditions for conducting cultural exchanges with other countries. Starting from 1999, the above situation began to change. Visiting Polish art groups
