根据黄金行业自身特点,模拟黄金提取过程中的氰化浸金环境,研究活性炭吸附金能力的测定方法。通过实验确定活性炭类型为椰壳炭,并对影响因素进行了优化,确定最佳条件为活性炭粒度200目,吸附液中氰化钠质量分数为0.05%,体积为150 m L,pH值为11.5,吸附时间为16 h,温度为(25±1)℃,振荡器转速为200 r/min。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.81%,准确度为95.20%~99.98%,为黄金行业直接、客观评价活性炭吸附金能力提供可靠方法。
According to its own characteristics of the gold industry, cyanide gold immersion gold extraction process simulation environment, the determination of activated carbon adsorption capacity of gold. The type of activated carbon was determined as coconut shell charcoal by experiment and the influencing factors were optimized. The optimum conditions were as follows: the size of activated carbon was 200 mesh, the mass fraction of sodium cyanide in the adsorption solution was 0.05%, the volume was 150 mL and the pH was 11.5 , Adsorption time is 16 h, temperature is (25 ± 1) ℃, oscillator speed is 200 r / min. The relative standard deviation of the method was 3.81% and the accuracy was 95.20% ~ 99.98%, which provided a reliable method for the gold industry to directly and objectively evaluate the gold adsorption ability of activated carbon.
