建立高效液相色谱检测1%藜芦碱·血根碱可溶液剂的分析方法。采用乙腈溶解样品,以乙腈和0.05%三氟乙酸水溶液为流动相,使用内填Nova-PakC_(18)的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在230nm波长下对1%藜芦碱·血根碱可溶液剂进行分离和定量分析。藜芦碱在0.20~0.79 mg/mL、血根碱在0.17~0.83 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.99以上,回收率在99.26%~104.19%之间,标准偏差为0.084。该方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,准确度和精密度高,可以实现高效液相色谱对1%藜芦碱·血根碱可溶液剂的分离和检测。
To establish a method for the determination of 1% veratrine and sanguinarine solution by high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was dissolved in acetonitrile, acetonitrile and 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid as the mobile phase, Nova-PakC_ (18) filled stainless steel column and diode array detector were used to detect the effect of 1% veratrine- Soluble agent for separation and quantitative analysis. The linearity of veratrine ranged from 0.20 to 0.79 mg / mL and sanguinarine ranged from 0.17 to 0.83 mg / mL with the correlation coefficients above 0.99 and the recoveries between 99.26% and 104.19% with a standard deviation of 0.084.
