连锁超市在短短的十几年的时间内已经成为了中国零售业的主力军,不论是销售额还是门店数的增长率都远远抛离了百货商场、杂货店这些中国传统的零售模式。从目前中国零售业50强排名看,连锁超市已经在国内零售业中确立了领导地位。但是,我国目前连锁企业的销售额仍只占全国零售销售总额的8%,远远低于发达国家30%的水平,因此,可以肯定的说,我国的连锁业还有很大的发展空间。
In a short period of more than ten years, the supermarket chains have become the main force in China’s retail industry. The growth rate of sales and store numbers far away from the traditional Chinese retail models such as department stores and grocery stores. From the current top 50 retail rankings in China, supermarket chains have established their leadership position in the domestic retail industry. However, the sales of chain enterprises in China still account for only 8% of the total retail sales in China, which is far below the level of 30% in developed countries. Therefore, it is safe to say that there is still much room for development in China’s chain industry.
